Minecraft start server file for mac

A Mac computer running macOS Big Sur (11.x) - older or newer versions may work I have not tested on other versions.I thought I would post my process here for others and my future self. After a few hours of frustration, I now have a Minecraft Bedrock server (Ubuntu version) running on an Intel MacBook Pro.
